摘 要:[目的]探讨陕西省重症监护病房(ICU)专科护士职业生涯规划现状及影响因素。[方法]采用护士职业生涯规划调查问卷对105名陕西省ICU专科护士进行调查。[结果]105名ICU专科护士的职业生涯规划问卷得分为(72.86±12.23)分,自我认识维度得分最低,职业目标维度得分最高;不同性别、职务、学历、职称是否接受相关培训的ICU专科护士问卷得分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),职称、职务及是否接受相关培训是职业生涯规划状况的影响因素。[结论]ICU专科护士培训基地及医院应重视职业生涯规划,增设相关培训课程,针对不同特征的ICU专科护士给予相应的引导及管理。Objective:To probe into the status quo and influencing factors of the career planning of ICU specialist nurses in Shaanxi.Methods:A total of 105 ICU nurses in Shaanxi province were investigated with the questionnaire of nurse career planning.Results:The score of career planning questionnaire of 105 ICU nurses was(72.86±12.23),the score of self-recognition dimension was the lowest,the score of career goal dimension was the highest.There was statistically significant difference in the scores of ICU professional nurses undefined questionnaire(P〈0.05).The influencing factors of the status of career planning were the professional title,position and whether or not they received relevant training.Conclusions:ICU specialist nurse training base and hospital should pay attention to career planning,add relevant training courses,and give corresponding guidance and management to ICU specialist nurses with different characteristics.
