摘　　要：根据永磁电动机的工作原理及特点,通过对参数进行计算和分析,得出永磁体制造参数和电动机定子制造参数,并对应用情况进行了分析。采用永磁电动滚筒的驱动方式对带式输送机原有的驱动方式进行替换升级改造,不仅提高了系统的稳定性和安全性,而且为企业节省了大量的生产成本,具有广阔的应用前景。According to the working principle and characteristics of permanent magnet motor,through the calculation and analysis of the parameters, the manufacturing parameters of permanent magnet and the manufacturing parameters of motor stator were obtained,and the application was analyzed. The drive mode of permanent magnet electric drum was used to replace and upgrade the original driving mode of belt conveyor,which not only improved the stability and safety of the system,but also saved a lot of production cost for the enterprise,and has broad application prospects.
