摘  要:目的分析中医妇科临床中的SOAP教学方法。方法选取2017年4月—2018年3月在妇科轮转实习的60名中医学专业实习生,将所有学生随机分为观察组(n=30)与对照组(n=30)。对照组采用传统临床教学方法,观察组给予SOAP教学方法,对比2组学生的中医妇科学考核成绩及其对教学效果的满意度。结果观察组学生的中医妇科学理论成绩(除病例分析外)与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),其病例分析和临床辨证思维考核成绩明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组学生对教学效果的满意度显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与传统临床教学方法相比,SOAP教学法应用于中医妇科学临床教学中,有助于提高学生的临床辨证思维能力,提升教学质量和教学满意度,值得临床借鉴和推广应用。Objective To analyze the SOAP teaching methods in the clinical gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods from April 2017 to March 2018, 60 Chinese medicine clinical interns were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group( n=30) and the control group(n=30). The control group used the traditional clinical teaching method, and the observation group was given the SOAP teaching method. The examination results and their satisfaction with teaching effect were compared. Results There was no significant statistically difference in the scores of TCM gynecology except case analysis between the observation group and the control group(P〉0.05), and the scores of case analysis and clinical dialectical thinking were significantly higher in the observation group than those in the control group( P〈0.05). The satisfaction of the students in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant( P〈0.05). Conclusion Comparing with traditional clinical teaching methods, SOAP clinical teaching method applied in clinical teaching of TCM gynecology helps to improve students 'clinical thinking ability, the teaching quality and teaching satisfaction, and is worthy of clinical reference and application.
