摘 要:目的研究分析对门诊注射室工作中应用护患沟通技巧的临床价值。方法选取2015年12月—2017年10月118例门诊注射室接收的待注射治疗患者为此次研究任务的主要对象,通过计算机产生随机数字,分为干预组和参照组,其中对照组为59例,行常规干预;干预组为59例,予以护患沟通技巧干预。比较2组临床护理满意度。结果干预组满意度为98.31%(58/59),明显高于对照组满意度86.44%(51/59),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对门诊注射室应用护患沟通技巧干预,应用价值良好,值得推广。Objective To study and analyze the clinical value of the communication skills of nursing patients in outpatient injection room. Methods From December 2015 to October 2015, 118 cases of outpatient injection room received for injection for the treatment of patients the main object of study task, by using computer generated random numbers, were divided into intervention group and control group. The control group of 59 cases received conventional intervention. The intervention group of 59 cases received communication skill nurse intervention. The clinical nursing satisfaction was compared. Results Statistical data were analyzed and the satisfaction of the intervention group was 98.31%( 58/59) which was significantly higher than 86.44%( 51/59) of the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant( P0.05). Conclusion It is worth promoting the application of communication skill intervention in outpatient injection room.
