摘　　要：癌痛是晚期肿瘤患者常见的临床症状之一,不仅严重影响患者的生活质量,而且不利于肿瘤的进一步治疗,故有效的镇痛治疗十分重要。单纯运用阿片类药物止痛会产生较大的毒副作用,但若联合中药治疗不仅能更好地控制癌痛,且中药能很好地解决诸如便秘、恶心呕吐等不良反应。两者联合使用可优势互补,达到无痛生存,提高患者生活质量的目的。Cancer pain is one of the common clinical symptoms in patients with tumor. It not only seriously affects the quality of life of patients, but also is not conducive to the further treatment of tumor. Therefore, effective analgesia is very important. Simply using opioids can produce a large toxic side effect. But if with traditional Chinese medicine can not only better pain control and Chinese medicine can be a very good solution to adverse reactions such as constipation, nausea, and vomiting. The combination of the two methods can complement each other, achieve painless survival and improve patients ＇ quality of life.
