TACE联合索拉非尼治疗晚期肝癌的临床效果研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨给予晚期肝癌患者索拉非尼联合经皮肝动脉插管化疗栓塞术(TACE)治疗的临床效果。方法:选择2016年5月—2017年6月本院收治的60例晚期肝癌患者,分为对照组(n=30,TACE治疗)和观察组(n=30,TACE+索拉非尼治疗),比较2组疗效。结果:观察组总有效率(56.67%)高于对照组(30.00%)(χ~2=4.343,P<0.05);治疗后观察组Fasl、c-Met、端粒酶表达低于对照组,Fas、Caspas e-3表达高于对照组,HA、LN、Ⅳ-C含量均低于对照组,VEGFR-1、VEGF、HGF、MMP-9水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:给予晚期肝癌患者TACE联合索拉非尼治疗,可有效促进肝癌细胞凋亡,提高总体治疗效果。Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of treating patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma with the combined percutaneous hepatic artery embolization（TACE） and the effect on the expression of Fas, Fasl and Caspase-3 in liver tissue. Methods： 60 cases of advanced liver cancer in our hospital from 2016.5-2017.6 were selected to be divided into control group（n=30,TACE treatment） and observation group（n=30, TACE＋ of sorafenib treatment）,compared two groups of effects. Results： The total effective rate of the observation group（56.67%） was higher than that of the control group（30%）（χ~2=4.343,P〈0.05）; After treatment,the expression of Fasl, c-Met andtelomerase in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the expression of Fas and Caspase-3 was higher than that of the control group,HA, LN and IV-C content were lower than the control group,VEGFR-1, VEGF, HGF, mmp-9 were all below the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：TACE combined with Sola Fini therapy for advanced liver cancer patients,can effectively promote the apoptosis of hepatoma cells,improve the overall treatment effect.
