摘  要:地方美食是居民以及游客与旅游地之间的重要媒介。基于主客感知的地方认同视角,通过问卷调查和文献分析等方法,探究居民和游客对黄山屯溪老街特色美食的地方认同程度。结果显示:居民和游客对皖南特色美食的地方认同程度存在差异,居民对于当地美食的地方认同度较高,游客中女性游客的地方认同程度高于男性。最后提出"听、看、品、思"融合发展、提高美食品牌亲切感和游客参与度、提升美食与地方性的融合度等发展策略。Local cuisines has become an important medium between residents,tourists and tourism destinations.Based on the perspective of local identity from the perception of residents and tourists,through the research methods of questionnaire surveys and the literature analysis,the paper explores the identity degree of residents and tourists for local cuisines in Tunxi historic conservation district.The results show that there is difference in the identity degree of residents and tourists for local cuisines of southern Anhui.Residents have a higher degree of local identity for local cuisines,and the degree of local identity of female visitors is higher than that of males.Finally,it puts forward the development strategy of"listening,watching,tasting and thinking"to increase the intimacy and participation of food brands and enhance the integration of food and local characteristics.
