摘　　要：根据塔式光热发电系统对回转减速机的各项性能要求,在详细分析各项性能参数及环境适应性要求的基础上,按照回转减速机低成本、通用性强的要求,设计出了一种结构紧凑、转动灵活、带自锁功能、IP防护等级高的高精度回转减速机。对减速机样机的回转精度、弯曲刚度、扭转刚度、动态自锁、整机效率以及耐久疲劳等各项性能进行试验,结果表明:回转减速机各项性能均达到了设计要求。该型减速机的成功研制为同系列产品的设计开发提供了依据。A high-precision tower type photoelectric rotary reducer with compact structure,flexible rotation,self-locking function and high IP protection level is designed based onanalysis of performance parameters and environmental adaptability requirements in accordance with the requirements of low cost and versatility. The performance of the rotary precision,bending strength,torsional rigidity,dynamic self-locking,machine efficiency and endurance fatigue of the reducer was tested. Test results show that the performance indexes of the rotary reducer meet the design requirements.The successful development of the type reducer provides a basis for the design and development of the same series of products.
