摘 要:苏霍姆林斯基在《怎样培养真正的人》一书中,从独立人格、成熟思想、精神力量和自主学习能力等四个方面,诠释了青少年自我教育能力的内涵。对照苏霍姆林斯基的要求,我国青少年自我教育能力培养存在自我认识能力培养意识不强、自我要求能力培养不足、自我践行能力培养不重视、自我评价能力培养不当等几个问题。要解决这些问题,可以从自我认识、自我要求、自我践行和自我评价四个方面提出青少年自我教育能力的培养路径。In his book How to Train Real People, Suhomlinski interprets the connotation of adolescents ' self-educational ability from four aspects: independent personality, mature thinking, spiritual strength and independent learning ability. In contrast to Suhomlinski' s request, there are several problems in the cultivation of self-education ability of adolescents in China, such as lack of self-recognition ability training, lack of self-required ability training, lack of self-cultivation ability training, and lack of self-evaluation ability training. To solve these problems, we can propose the training path of adolescents ’ self-education ability from four aspects: self-awareness, self-requirement, self-practice and self-evaluation.
