摘 要:建立了快速灵敏测定儿茶素的流动注射-化学发光法。儿茶素对鲁米诺-牛血清白蛋白体系化学发光信号的降低值与儿茶素质量浓度的对数值呈良好的线性关系。鲁米诺-牛血清白蛋白体系测定儿茶素的线性范围为1.2~1.8×10~6 pg/mL,相关系数R=0.994 0,检出限为0.4pg/mL。当溶液流速为2.0mL/min,单次测定仅需0.5h,采样频率120次/h。回收率依次为98.0%~102.0%、98.4%~102.9%、95.8%~101.8%、96.3%~101.5%,RSD均小于2.5%(n=5)。该法具有灵敏度高、分析速度快和绿色环保等优点,适用于茶族胶囊及人体血清、尿液、唾液中儿茶素的含量测定。An ultrasensitive and rapid flow injection-chemiluminescence(FI-CL)method for the determination of catechin was established.The catechin could quench the CL signals of luminol-bull serum albumin system.The decrement of CL intensity was linearly proportional to the logarithm of catechin concentration in the range of 1.2~1.8×106 pg/mL(correlation coefficient 0.994 0),with the limit of detection of 0.4 pg/mL(3σ).At a flow rate of 2.0 mL/min,complete determination of catechin could be accomplished within 30 s,which offered sample efficiency of 120/h.The proposed method was applied to the determination of catechin in capsules of green tea,human urine,serum and saliva samples.The recoveries were 98.0%~102.0%,98.4%~102.9%,95.8%~101.8%and 96.3%~101.5%,respectively and the RSDs were less than 2.5%(n=5).This method offers prominent advantages of sensitivity,rapidity,and simplicity for the determination of catechin in capsules of green tea and human urine,serum and saliva samples.
