摘　　要：消化道微生态标准化样本库共识由中国医药生物技术协会、中国医学装备协会及中华医学会相关分会组织临床消化、伦理、消化道微生态研究、微生物组测序分析、生物样本库等多学科专家协同编订。主要针对消化道微生态研究相关样本的采集、制备、储存等标准化达成共识,包括粪便、黏膜组织、血液、胆道相关样本和口腔微生物样本,为促进消化道微生态研究的规范化与标准化提供指导。The consensus of standard biobanking of gut microbiota is organized by the Chinese Medical Biotechnology Association,the Chinese Medical Equipment Association of Digestive Disease and the Chinese Society of Gastroenterology to organize multidisciplinary experts such as clinical digestion,ethics,gut microbiota,microbiome sequence analysis,and biological sample library. The consensus is reached on the standardization of collection,preparation and storage of related samples of gut microbiota,including fecal,mucous tissue,blood,bile duct related samples and oral samples. The aim of this consensus is to provide guidance for regularization and standardization of gut microbiota research.
