脑梗死患者脑静脉的磁敏感加权成像特征与康复治疗后运动功能变化的相关性

摘　　要：目的探讨脑梗死患者脑静脉的磁敏感加权成像(SWI)特征与康复治疗后运动功能变化的相关性。方法回顾性分析46例脑梗死患者的临床资料及MRI影像学资料,记录在SWI上病灶内静脉增多、增粗情况,以及康复治疗前后运动功能Fugl-Meyer(FM)评分,分析患者的脑静脉变化特征与治疗前后FM评分的相关性。结果共22例(47.8%)患者静脉增多,23例(50.0%)患者静脉增粗,20例(43.5%)患者同时合并静脉数增多及增粗。脑梗死患者治疗后FM评分高于治疗前(P<0.05),治疗前后FM评分差值为0~56分,中位评分为14.5分。脑静脉增多、增粗与治疗前后FM评分差值呈正相关(均P<0.05)。结论脑梗死患者脑静脉SWI特征与康复治疗后运动功能好转情况相关。Objective To investigate the correlation of cerebral vein susceptility-weighted imaging（SWI） features with motor function changes after rehabilitation in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods The clinical data and MRI images of 46 patients with cerebral infarction were retrospectively analyzed.The increase and enlargement of the veins in lesions revealed by SWI were recorded,and the Fugl-Meyer（FM） scores of motor function before and after rehabilitation were recorded as well.The correlation of change features of cerebral veins with the FM scores before and after treatment was analyzed. Results The increase of cerebral veins was found in 22 cases （47.8%）,the enlargement of cerebral veins in 23 cases（50.0%）,and the increase and enlargement of cerebral veins in 20 cases（43.5%） .Among the patients with cerebral infarction,the FM scores after treatment were higher than the scores before treatment（ P 〈0.05）,the difference of FM scores before and after treatment ranged from 0 to 56,and the median score was 14.5.The increase and enlargement of cerebral veins positively correlated with the difference of FM scores before and after treatment（all P 〈0.05）. Conclusion SWI features of cerebral veins correlate with motor function improvement after rehabilitation in the patients with cerebral infarction.
