摘　　要：分析了地域性传统文化产业开发成本较高与运营效益低下对传统文化产业发展造成的瓶颈问题。皖南花鼓戏产业具有较高的社会经济价值,产业化过程中面临着文化生态环境改变、优秀创作演出人才流失、受众人群萎缩等问题。要充分发挥"政府引领、资本先行"的政策站位,依托自媒体与融媒体的发展趋势,加强创作演艺人才的培育力度,才能真正激发皖南花鼓戏文化产业开发与运营的活力,从而实现皖南花鼓戏戏曲文化的审美价值和社会意义。The development cost of regional traditional culture industry is relatively high and its operational efficiency is low,which has become a bottleneck problem restricting the development of traditional culture industry.The Flower Drum-Opera industry in Southern Anhui has a high social and economic value.In the process of industrialization,the cultural and ecological environment changes caused by the development of the times,the talent loss of excellent creative performance,the withering and disappearance of the audience.In order to make full use of the policy station of ＂ government leading and capital advance＂,we should rely on the development trend of the media and the media and strengthen the cultivation of creative performing arts talents,so as to truly stimulate the vitality of the development and operation of the cultural industry of the Flower-Drum Opera in Southern Anhui,and thus realize the aesthetic value and social significance of the opera culture of the Flower Drum-Opera in southern Anhui.
