罗尔斯顿自然价值论视域下古树保护的思考

摘　　要：古树是自然界的璀璨明珠,具有丰富的价值。但传统的人类中心主义认为自然中的古树只有单一的工具价值,对古树大肆破坏。罗尔斯顿从自然价值论出发提出,自然价值是客观的、多元的存在,是工具价值、内在价值与系统价值的有机统一,并主张人类应对自然界承担道德义务。这一理论不仅为人类协调人与自然的关系提供了新的视角,也给古树保护提供了诸多有益的启示。文章通过对古树价值的梳理,分析目前古树保护中存在的最主要的问题及原因是自然价值观上的盲点,并结合罗尔斯顿自然价值论,提出对古树保护的对策与建议。Ancient trees are bright pearls of nature with great value.Traditional anthropocentrism think that these ancient trees only have instrumental value and thus can be destroyed without restraint.Ralston believed that natural value is an objective and pluralistic existence.It is an organic unity of instrumental value,intrinsic value and system value.It is believed that human beings should bear moral obligations in nature,which provides not only a new perspective for mankind to coordinate the relationship between man and nature,but also many useful enlightenments for the protection of ancient trees.The article through the elaboration of the value of the ancient trees,we herein analyze the existing problems and causes in the protection of ancient trees are blind spots in natural values,and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions on the protection of ancient trees in combination with the natural value theory of Ralston.
