免疫固定电泳在骨髓瘤肾病诊断中的临床应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨免疫固定电泳(IFE)技术在骨髓瘤肾病中的诊断价值及其分型。方法:62例已确诊为骨髓瘤肾病患者的血清标本,采用免疫固定电泳技术、免疫球蛋白定量技术及血清总蛋白定量检测的方法,比较分析其检测结果。结果:62例患者血清标本中,免疫固定电泳结果均为阳性,阳性符合率为100%;51例(82.25%)免疫球蛋白及轻链定量的检测结果显著升高;仅有40例(64.52%)血清总蛋白显著升高。经过卡方检验,3种方法差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:免疫固定电泳在骨髓瘤肾病的诊断中有较高的灵敏度和特异度,对骨髓瘤肾病的诊断和分型有重要的临床意义。Objective： To investigate the immunofixation electrophoresis technique on the diagnosis and clinical typing of multiple myeloma netropathy. Methods： Serum of 62 multiple myeloma netropathy patients were detected by immunofixation electrophoresis,quantitative detection of immunoglobulin and total serum protein,the detection results was compared and analyzed. Results： IFE test for all 62 cases were positive（ 100%）,there were 51 cases（ 82. 25%） significantly increased of the detection results of immunoglobulin and light chain. A significant rise in 40 cases（ 64. 52%） of serum total protein. By chi-square test statistic analysis,the three methods had obvious difference,which had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Immunofixation electrophoresis has higher sensitivity and specificity in diagnosis of multiple myeloma netropathy,which presents important clinic significance for the diagnosis and typing of patients with multiple myeloma netropathy.
