摘　　要：多德-弗兰克法案的出台对宏观审慎监管框架影响深远,其中加强对银行业、资产管理业的监管、强化系统重要性市场基础设施等内容引起了市场广泛关注,并产生了超预期的后果和影响。目前,危机后监管框架本身正在受到严格审查。The Dodd-Frank Act in the US has had far-reaching implications for the global macro- prudential regulatory framework. The strengthening of supervision of the banking and asset management industry and the upgrading of key market infrastructure have attracted widespread market attention and have led to unexpected consequences. At present, the post-crisis regulatory framework itself is being scrutinized.
