摘  要:目的通过开设生死教育课程,提高护理本科生的应对死亡能力。方法以选修课的形式为护理本科生开设为期10周30学时的生死教育课程,内容主要包括死亡的本质及意义、对死亡及濒死的态度、死亡及濒死的处理及调适、特殊问题的探讨,32名三年级学生选修了该课程。在课程开始和结束后,采用死亡应对能力量表对学生进行调查。结果课程结束后,学生死亡应对能力总分和各维度得分均高于课程前(P<0.01)。结论生死教育课程可提升学生死亡应对能力,学生生死教育课程内容要根据护理的工作内容有所侧重。Objective Offering life and death education for undergraduate nursing students to improve their death competence. Methods Thirty hours of life and death education within 10 weeks were offered the elective course to thirty-two nursing students in their third year of bachelor's studies. The course program included the following components:the nature and implication of death,attitude towards death or in extremis,intervention and adjustment to death and dying,exploration on specific issues. Bugen's Coping with Death Scale (CDS)was used to evaluate stu- dents' death competence before and after the life and death education. Results It was observed that there was an increase in the score of nursing students' CDS and all CDS dimensions after completion of the course (P〈0.01). Conclusion Life and death education can enhance the nursing students' death competence. Therefore,it is necessary to take consideration of nursing student's diverse backgrounds to design the life and death education syllabus.
