摘  要:目的研究学龄前脑瘫患儿在医学康复的基础上实施"童期成长"康复教育课程对治疗效果的影响。方法选取2016年1至12月在沈阳市儿童医院康复系统治疗的学龄前脑瘫患儿80例,采用随机数字表法将患儿分为实验组40例,对照组40例。对照组患儿实施常规的康复治疗,实验组患儿在常规康复治疗基础上增加了"童期成长"康复教育课程,应用Gesell发育量表对两组患儿的临床治疗效果进行分析。结果训练3个月后,各组Gesell评分对比,对照组在适应能力、大运动和精细运动3个方面有所提升(t值分别为2.696、7.540、3.649,均P<0.05),实验组在适应能力、大运动、精细运动和社交行为4个方面有提升(t值分别为13.898、8.258、4.065、9.096,均P<0.05);两组间Gesell评分对比,在适应能力、大运动、精细运动和社交行为4个方面差异均有统计学意义(t值分别为8.197、4.007、2.812、6.845,均P<0.05),在语言方面两组患儿评定结果差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论对于轻中度智力障碍脑瘫患儿在医学康复基础上增加"童期成长"康复教育课程,可以帮助其提升适应能力、大运动、精细运动及社交行为。Objective To study the effect of Childhood Growth rehabilitation education on the therapeutic effect of preschool children with cerebral palsy(CP)on the basis of medical rehabilitation.Methods A total of 80 preschool children with CP were enrolled in this study.Forty patients were divided into experimental group and another forty cases were recruited in control group according to random number table method.In the control group,children were treated with routine rehabilitation,while on the basis of routine rehabilitation,the children in the experimental group were additionally provided with Childhood Growth rehabilitation project.The GESELL rating scale was used to compare the clinical effects of two groups.Results Three months later,the Gesell score of the cases in the control group increased in three aspects of adaptability,gross motor and fine motor(t value was 2.696,7.540 and3.649,respectively,all P〈0.05),while those in the experimental group increased in four aspects of adaptability,gross motor,fine motor and social behavior(t value was 13.898,8.258,4.065 and 9.096,respectively,all P〈0.05).The Gesell scores were statistically different between two groups in adaptability,gross motor,fine motor and social behavior(t value was 8.197,4.007,2.812 and 6.845,respectively,all P〈0.05),but the difference in language was not statistically significant between two groups(P〈0.05).Conclusion On the basis of medical rehabilitation,Childhood Growth rehabilitation education courses can help to improve adaptability,gross motor,fine motor and social behavior for children with mild to moderate CP.
