摘 要:为研究不同含量羧酸对变压器绝缘纸老化速度的影响,就不同羧酸含量对绝缘纸老化的影响进行了研究。对绝缘纸实施加速热老化试验,并在试验过程中不断测量绝缘纸的聚合度(DP)值λDP,最后采用二阶动力学模型对试验数据进行分析并得出结论。结果表明:未电离的羧酸不会使纤维素解聚,羧酸电离出的H+对纤维素水解具有较强的催化作用;当绝缘纸处于干燥状态(水分质量分数w≤0.5%)时,羧酸电离受到抑制,电离出的H+含量较低,因此对纤维素水解反应的催化作用不明显。研究得出了水分质量分数和酸值对二阶动力学模型参数的影响规律,进一步完善了油纸绝缘老化评估模型体系。To study the effect of different content of carboxylic acid on the aging rate of transformer insulation paper, we studied the influence of carboxylic acid content on insulating paper aging. Firstly, the accelerated thermal aging experiments were conducted on the insulating paper. Then, the degree of polymerization(DP) of the insulating paper λDP was continuously measured during the experiments. Finally, a second-order kinetic model was applied to analyze the experimental data and a conclusion was reached. The results show that the unionized carboxylic acid does not depolymerize the cellulose, and the H+ ionized by the carboxylic acid has a strong catalytic effect on cellulose hydrolysis. When the insulating paper is in a dry state(water content w≤0.5%), the carboxylic acid ionization is inhibited and the content of ionized H+ is low, which has no obvious catalytic effect on the cellulose hydrolysis reaction. The influence of moisture content and acid value on the parameters of the second-order kinetic model is obtained, and the oil-paper insulation aging evaluation model system is further improved.
