摘 要:针对金属棒料传统下料工艺存在"快而不平"、"平而不快"、材料利用率低、能耗高等问题,提出了一种综合利用预制环形槽缺口效应、微裂纹及宏观裂纹裂尖应力集中效应与裂纹控制技术的新型棒料气动式可控旋弯致裂精密下料工艺。基于该下料方法的工作原理,并结合多向径向锻机与机械式锻冲下料机工作原理,研制了相应的下料实验系统,采用PLC集中控制技术,对下料系统的气动系统输出压力和流量进行连续可变调节,实现了下料过程中下料载荷历程的稳定输入,结合所提出的"恒应力强度因子幅"下料载荷控制策略,完成了不同材质金属棒料的下料实验。实验结果表明,研制的新型棒料下料系统能对相同直径、不同材质的金属棒料进行有效下料,所得坯料质量较高,可满足后续精密塑性成形加工要求。For the problems of‘fast but not smooth',‘smooth but not fast',low material utilization and high energy consumption in traditional cutting process for metal bar,a new controllable pneumatic rotary cracking fine cutting process for metal bar was proposed by comprehensively utilizing the notch effect of prefabricated circular groove,the crack tip stress concentration effect of micro and macro cracks,and the cracking control technology. Based on the principles of the new cutting method combining the multidirectional radial forging machine with the mechanical cutting machine,the corresponding cutting experimental system was successfully developed,and the pneumatic system working pressure and flow of the new cutting system were continuously adjusted by PLC centralized control technology to realize the stable input of cutting load course during the cutting process. Furthermore,the cutting experiments of metal bar with different materials were successfully conducted by the proposed cutting load control strategy of‘constant stress intensity factor range'. The experimental results show that the new cutting system can be well applied to cut the different metal bars with the same diameter,and the good quality of cutting billet is obtained to meet the requirements of subsequent precision plastic forming.
