摘  要:为充分了解卸荷溢流阀的启闭性能,利用AMESim仿真软件中HCD液压元件库搭建卸荷溢流阀AMESim仿真模型,得到阀口压力、流量等参数随负载变化的响应曲线,通过调节阻尼孔Ra、Rb孔径数值,得到卸荷溢流阀加载压力、卸荷压力及切换压差随阻尼孔孔径的变化曲线。仿真结果表明:阻尼孔Ra、Rb孔径的数值变化直接影响着卸荷溢流阀的启闭性能。随着Ra从Φ1.2 mm逐渐增大到Φ1.4 mm,卸荷溢流阀的加载压力从23.61 MPa增加到24.54 MPa,卸荷压力从27.20 MPa增加到30.00MPa,切换压差随着Ra的增大从15.20%增加到22.25%。随着Rb从Φ1.1 mm逐渐增大到Φ1.3 mm,卸荷溢流阀的加载压力从25.33 MPa减小到24.02 MPa,卸荷压力从32.94 MPa减小到28.39 MPa,切换压差随着Rb的增大从30.04%减小到18.19%。In order to fully understand the opening and closing performance of unloading relief valve,the AMESim model of unloading relief valve was established by the HCD hydraulic components library in AMESim simulation software,and the response curves of flow and pressure changing with load were obtained.Then,the change curves of loading and unloading pressures,switching pressure difference of unloading relief valve versus orifice diameter were obtained by adjusting the orifice diameter Raand Rb.The simulation result shows that the change of Raand Rbaffects the opening and closing performance of unloading relief valve directly.With the increasing of RafromΦ1.2 mm toΦ1.4 mm,the loading pressure increases from 23.61 MPa to 24.54 MPa,the unloading pressure increases from 27.20 MPa to 30.00 MPa,and the switching pressure difference increases from 15.20%to 22.25%.With the increasing of RbfromΦ1.1 mm toΦ1.3 mm,the loading pressure decreases from 25.33 MPa to 24.02 MPa,the unloading pressure decreases from 32.94 MPa to 28.39 MPa,and the switching pressure difference decreases from 30.04%to 18.19%.
