高校研究型辅导员职业能力建构探究

摘　　要：辅导员的职业能力是从事辅导员工作的保障,辅导员的研究能力是开展学生工作所必须的素质和要求。研究型辅导员职业能力的建构,旨在将辅导员从实践型转化为实践与理论兼具型,使辅导员在教育培养学生的过程中,注重总结规律,用理论指导实践,在研究中不断提升工作能力。本文梳理了研究型辅导员职业能力的现状,指出辅导员职业能力发展存在的不足,对研究型辅导员职业能力的建构提出了见解。The professional ability of counselors is the guarantee of the work of counselors.The research ability of counselors is the necessary quality and requirement for carrying out students work.The construction of research-based counselors＇ professional competence aims to transform the counselor from a practical one into a combination of practice and theory,so that counselors pay attention to summarizing the laws in the process of educating and cultivating students and guide practice with theory to improve work ability.The article intends to sort out the research status of research-based counselors＇ professional competence,points out the insufficiency in the development of counselors＇ professional competence,and puts forward suggestions for the construction of research-based counselors＇ professional competence.
