摘 要:热风循环时效炉存在温控精度低、均温性能差和燃气耗量大等问题,利用S7-300 PLC和模糊PID算法优化设计了一种时效炉智能控制系统。在S7-300 PLC硬件平台上应用模糊PID控制程序,利用模糊规则在线整定时效炉直接加热系统的PID参数,通过时效炉内有效工作温区偏差实时调节燃气流量和排风口径。结果表明,改进后炉内有效工作区域设定与实测温差低于±3℃,燃气消耗总量降低,时效炉的均温性和热效率得到明显改善。Hot air cycle aging oven has the problems of poor accuracy in temperature control and average temperature performance, larger gas consumption, an aging oven intelligent control system had been designed with s7-300 PLC and fuzzy PID. Applying fuzzy PID program to the hardware platform of s7-300 PLC, fuzzy parameters are used to directly set the PID parameters, gas flow and exhaust caliber adjusted by effective working temperature zone in aging oven. The results show that the temperature difference between the set and actual measured in aging oven is less than +3 ℃, total gas consumption is reduced, and the average temperature and thermal efficiency of aging oven are obviously improved.
