摘　　要：在查阅2000年~2018年相关文献报道的基础上,从政策法律、利用现状、发酵工艺、技术进展及管理体系等方面对中国和德国的沼气工程进行比较分析,针对我国沼气工程存在的政策体制不完善、技术创新和设备研发不足、管理体系不健全等问题,并借鉴德国沼气工程在政策、技术、管理等方面的成功经验,提出了完善沼气产业化政策、引进并创新技术、拓展沼气应用领域及配套管理服务体系,加强沼气工程各环节的问题排查等建议,以期提高我国沼气工程技术的国际竞争力,促进沼气行业的健康发展。Based on the relevant literature reports from 2000 to 2018,the comparative analysis of biogas projects in China and Germany from the aspects of policy and law,utilization status,fermentation process,technological progress and management system,and the policy system for biogas projects in China Incomplete,technological innovation and inadequate equipment research and development,management system is not perfect,and draw on the successful experience of German biogas projects in policy,technology,management,etc,and propose to improve biogas industrialization policies,introduce and innovate technologies,and expand biogas applications. The field and supporting management service system,and strengthen the troubleshooting of various aspects of biogas projects,with a view to improving the international competitiveness of China＇s biogas engineering technology and promoting the healthy development of the biogas industry.
