在PBL课程中培养“卓越医生”的岗位胜任能力

摘　　要：医生的岗位胜任力一般包含7个方面:人文素养、医患沟通能力、临床基本功、团队协作能力、持续学习能力、科研创新能力和公共卫生服务能力。笔者在"卓越医生"实验教学班的以基于问题的学习(PBL)课程中贯穿人文素养及医德水平、临床思维能力、团队协作能力、持续学习能力以及科研能力和公共卫生服务意识的培养,取得一定的经验。PBL课程是提升医学生上述岗位胜任能力的有效途径。The doctor＇s competency generally contains seven aspects： Humanities, communication skills, teamwork ability,basic clinical ability, learning ability, scientific research and innovation ability and the capability of public health service. In the Problem-Based Learning（PBL） course of ＂excellent doctor＂ experimental teaching class, we gained some experience in training of humanistic quality, medical ethics, communication skills, continuous learning, clinical thinking, teamwork ability,scientific research, and public health service consciousness of medical students. The PBL course is an effective way to improve the competence of them to be a doctor.
