摘　　要：时代在发展,社会在进步,学校在实际发展的过程中,应当重点关注德育工作,遵循以人为本的工作原则,在提升德育工作效果的情况下,完成相关工作任务,保证能够提升德育工作先进性与可靠性,在一定程度上,建立相关网络体系,建设高素质人才队伍,要创新德育模式,树立崭新的德育理念,不断提高教师专业化水平;创新德育形式,提高学校德育管理水平;创新校园德育文化环境,发展镇域特色文化教育。只有将德育教育渗透于我们学校教学工作的每一个环节,并且不断创新,与时俱进,才能培养出全面发展的高素质人才,才能树立与时代要求相适应的德育新理念。The times are developing and the society is improving. In the process of actual development, schools should focus on moral education, follow the principle of people-oriented work, and improve the effectiveness of moral education, complete relevant tasks, and ensure that the advanced nature of moral education can be improved. Reliability, to a certain extent, establish a relevant network system, build a high-quality talent team, innovate the moral education model, establish a new moral education concept, continuously improve the professional level of teachers; innovate the form of moral education, improve the management level of school moral education; Cultural environment, development of cultural education in the town. Only by infiltrating moral education into every aspect of our school＇s teaching work, and constantly innovating and advancing with the times, can we cultivate high-quality talents with all-round development and establish a new concept of moral education that is compatible with the requirements of the times.
