高校教务秘书专业化建设浅析

摘　　要：教学教务工作是高校重要工作之一,高素质的教务管理人员是高校教学质量的重要保障。本文以高校教务秘书为研究对象,首先参考了《高等学校教学管理要点》的内容,阐述了高校教务秘书的重要性,概述了高校教务秘书的工作内容和要求,分析了影响高校教务秘书工作质量的原因,最后为提高高校教务秘书队伍的专业化提出建议。Teaching and academic work is one of the important tasks of colleges and universities. High-quality teaching management personnel are an important guarantee for the quality of teaching in colleges and universities. This paper takes the teaching secretary of colleges and universities as the research object. Firstly, it refers to the contents of the ＂Key Points of Teaching Management in Colleges and Universities＂, expounds the importance of the teaching secretary in colleges and universities, out- lines the work content and requirements of the college secretary, and analyzes the quality of the work of the college secretary. The reason is finally to make suggestions for improving the professionalization of the teaching secretarial team in colleges and universities.
