摘　　要：本文从甘孜藏区高校双语人才培养现状和双语教师教学能力现状入手,通过分析,希望进一步厘清制约甘孜藏区藏汉双语人才培养和教师双语教学能力的因素,以期对促进甘孜藏区双语人才培养和提升双语教师教学能力有所裨益。This article starts with the status quo of bilingual education in bilingual universities in Ganzi Tibetan area and the status quo of bilingual teachers＇ teaching ability. Through analysis, we hope to further clarify the factors that hinder the training of Tibetan-Chinese bilingual talents in Ganzi Tibetan area and teachers＇ bilingual teaching abilities in order to promote the cul- tivation of bilingual talents in Ganzi Tibetan area. It is beneficial to improve the teaching ability of bilingual teachers.
