摘  要:目的对微量持续泵入去甲肾上腺素对危重脑卒中患者血压的影响进行研究,旨在为提高脑卒中患者的治疗安全性提供理论依据。方法选取彭州市人民医院于2015年1月至2017年5月收治的126例需要升压治疗的危重脑卒中患者为研究对象,对所有患者微量注射泵持续泵入去甲肾上腺素,监测患者封管前后血压值的变动情况。结果所有患者封管后30 s,1、2、3、5 min的收缩压及舒张压与0 s时的初始血压比较,变化明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);所有患者封管后30 s,1、2、3、5 min时的平均动脉压分别为(108.01±14.88)、(106.03±10.09)、(97.95±8.05)、(90.38±7.54)、(81.44±7.52)mm Hg,明显高于封管前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微量持续泵入去甲肾上腺素时封管会导致患者血压骤升,封管时应格外注意操作的规范性和安全性。Objective To study the effect of micro-continuous pumping noradrenaline on blood pressure in critically ill post stroke patients, and provide ideas for improving the treatment safety of post stroke patients. Methods A total of 126 patients with critical stroke who needed intensive therapy in the Pengzhou People′s Hospital from January 2015 to May 2017 were selected for the study. All the patients were treated with noradrenaline, and the changes of blood pressure were monitored. Results The systolic and diastolic blood pressure at 30 s,1,2,3 and 5 min after sealing were significantly different from those at 0 s(P〈0.05);the mean arterial pressure at 30 s,1,2,3 and 5 min after sealing were(108.01±14.88),(106.03±10.09),(97.95±8.05),(90.38±7.54)and(81.44±7.52)mm Hg,respectively, which were all significantly higher than those before sealing(P〈0.05). Conclusion Sealing in micro-continuous pumping noradrenaline on critically ill post stroke patients could lead to a surge in blood pressure, so it is necessary to pay attention to the regulation and safety of the operation.
