摘　　要：目的分析颅内静脉血栓形成(CVT)并发癫痫的临床特点及影响因素。方法回顾性连续纳入2015年1月至2017年10月首都医科大学宣武医院诊治的CVT患者85例,依据是否发生癫痫,分为癫痫组34例与无癫痫组51例。收集两组患者一般资料、病因、临床症状和血栓累及部位等,采用单因素和多因素Logistic回归分析癫痫发生的影响因素。结果癫痫发生率为40.0%(34/85)。单因素分析显示,两组超敏C反应蛋白水平和幕上病变差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。将以上因素带入多因素Logistic回归方程,显示幕上病变是CVT发生癫痫的独立危险因素(OR=4.974,95%CI:1.666~14.848,P=0.004)。结论 CVT幕上病变患者更容易并发癫痫,应尽早给予针对性治疗。Objective To analyze the clinical features and influencing factors of cerebral venous thrombosis（ CVT） complicated with epilepsy. Methods Eighty-five consecutive patients with CVT admitted to Xuanwu Hospital,Capital Medical University from January 2015 to October 2017 were enrolled retrospectively. According to whether epilepsy occurred,they were divided into either an epilepsy group（ n = 34） or a non-epileptic group（ n = 51）. The general information,etiology,clinical symptoms,and thrombus involvement sites of two group were collected. Univariate and multivariate logistic regression analyses were used to analyze the influencing factors of the occurrence of epilepsy. Results The incidence of epilepsy was 40. 0%（ 34/85）. Univariate analysis showed that hypersensitivity C reactive protein levels and supratentorial lesions were statistically significant（ all P〈0. 05）. The above factors were brought into the multiple factor logistic regression equation,they showed that supratentorial lesion was an independent risk factor for CVT complicated with epilepsy（ OR,4. 974,95% CI 1. 666-14. 848,P = 0. 004）. Conclusions CVT patients with supratentorial lesion are more prone to epilepsy. The targeted treatment should be given as early as possible.
