基于意识形态的高校青年干部培养着力点探析

摘　　要：高校青年干部培养要紧跟意识形态导向,这样才能培养出符合发展需要的高校干部骨干。青年干部是高校干部队伍的储备力量,青年干部培养的好坏直接影响高校各项事业的长久、持续发展,影响高校人才培养质量。高校青年干部培养是一项全面系统工程,分析实施的关注点与着力点有利于提高青年干部培养质量、促进培养规范。剖析培养中的重要层面、处理培养中的各类关系、创新培养中的相关指标,多角度提炼高校青年干部培养的着力点便于高校组织人事部门的组织实施,也显示青年干部培养使用的科学性与公正性。The cultivation of young cadres in higher colleges must keep pace with ideological orientation. Only in this way can a group of college officials whose capabilities meet the needs of development be cultivated. Young cadres are the reserve force for college cadres,and the cultivation of young cadres has a direct effect on the long-term and sustainable development and the quality of intellect cultivation in higher colleges. The cultivation of young cadres in higher colleges entails a holistic and systematic project. Therefore,analysing the focus and key points of its implementation is helpful to improve the quality of young cadres and promote the training norms. It is useful for implementation of the personnel department of higher colleges to analyze the important issues,deal with the relevant relations,innovate relevant indicators and extract the key points from multi-angles in cultivation of young cadres in higher colleges,which also shows the science and impartiality of young cadres＇ cultivation.
