摘  要:采用顶空-气相色谱法同时测定水中正丁醇、异丁醇、正丁醛和异丁醛的含量。顶空平衡温度为60℃,顶空加热平衡时间为30min。用HP-INNOWAX色谱柱(30.0m×0.53mm,1.0μm)分离,氢火焰离子化检测器检测。4种化合物的质量浓度在一定范围内与其对应的峰面积呈线性关系,方法的检出限为6.96~11.17μg·L^(-1)。以空白样品为基体进行加标回收试验,所得回收率为80.0%~116%,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)为3.2%~9.1%。GC with headspace was applied to the simultaneous determination of n-butanol, iso-butanol, n butanal and iso-butanal in water. The equilibrium temperature and heating equilibrium time of head space were set at 60 ℃ and 30 rain. The analytes were separated on HP-INNOWAX chromatographic column (30.0m×0. 53 mm, 1. 0μm) and detected by FID. Linear relationships between values of peak area and mass concentration of the 4 compounds were kept in definite ranges. Detection limits of the method ranged from 6. 96 μg·L^-1 to 11. 17 μg·L^-1. On the base of blank sample, test for recovery was made by standard addition method. Values of recovery found were in the range of 80. 0%-116%, with RSD's (n= 6) in the range of 3. 2 - 9. ] %.
