自拟胃炎方配合针灸治疗慢性浅表性胃炎76例  

76 Cases Chronic Superficial Gastritis Treated by Self-made Gastritis Prescription Combined with Acupuncture

摘　　要：目的分析自拟胃炎方配合针灸治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的临床疗效。方法抽取2014年1月至2016年12月我院收治的76例慢性浅表性胃炎患者,按照抽签法将其分为两组,各38例。研究组患者选择自拟胃炎方搭配针灸进行联合治疗,对照组患者选择西药进行医治,对比治疗效果。结果研究组治疗有效率92.11%高于对照组73.68%,不良反应发生率研究组5.26%低于对照组21.05%,且治疗满意度及患者生活质量评分研究组均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自拟胃炎方配合针灸治疗慢性浅表性胃炎其疗效优于常规西药治疗,可减少不良反应,提高患者生活质量及治疗满意度,值得广泛应用。Objective to analyze clinical effect of self-made gastritis prescription combined with acupuncture treating chronic superficial gastritis. Methods choose 76 cases chronic superficial gastritis patients treated in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2016, divide them into two groups according to drawing method, 38 cases in each. Study group was treated with self-made gastritis prescription combined with acupuncture, and control group with western medicine. Compare curative effect of two groups. Results effective rate of study group was 92.11%, higher than 73.68% of control group, adverse reactions incidence of study group 5.26% was lower than 21.05% of control group, and treatment satisfaction degree and life quality scores of study group were higher than control group, difference showed statistical significance,（P〈0.05）. Conclusion self-made gastritis prescription combined with acupuncture has better effect than routine western medicine treatment, which can reduce adverse reactions, improve life quality and treatment satisfaction degree of patients, is worthy of wide application.
