摘　　要：局部晚期前列腺癌(LAPC)预后不佳,治疗也较为复杂。既往认为该类患者仅可采取内分泌联合局部外照射治疗,随外科手术进步和对前列腺癌发病机制认识进一步加深,根治性前列腺切除术(RP)逐渐成为治疗LAPC重要方法之一。Locally advanced prostate cancer（ LAPC） often suffers from poor prognosis,and the treatment strategy is complex. It was thought that endocrine therapy and local external irradiation could only be applied to this kind of patients,with the progress of surgery and the further understanding of the pathogenesis of prostate cancer,radical prostatectomy（ RP） has gradually become one of the important methods for the treatment of LAPC,this article reviews the progress of RP in the treatment of LAPC in recent years.
