摘 要:本文介绍了可信性技术发展以及标准化发展历程,分析了IEC/TC 56可信性标准体系,可分为核心标准、过程标准、支撑标准以及相关标准四个层次,并分析了IEC/TC 56已发布或正在制修订的以及国际上相关的可信性标准在标准体系中的位置;同时,结合国内可信性领域的标准实际情况,提出了我国可信性领域标准体系,并对现有的或正在制定的标准在标准体系表中的位置进行了说明,可为可信性项目实施时标准的选择提供指导。文章最后提出了关于可信性标准化工作思考和建议。Based on the development of dependability technology and the introduction of standardization, this paper analyzes the dependability standards system of IEC/TC 56. The standards system for IEC/TC 56 dependability can be divided into four levels: core standards, process standards, support standards and related standards. Then, this paper analyzes the position of IEC/TC 56 in the standards system, which has been issued or is in the process of revision and the relevant international dependability standards. At the same time, considering the actual situation of Chinese dependability standards, this paper establishes China's dependability standards system, illustrates the position of existing or developing national standards in the standards system table. It can provide guidance for the standard selection of the dependability project. Finally, the paper puts forward some suggestions on the standardization of dependability.
