摘  要:目的研究颊侧多曲簧矫治器开闭口过程中双侧应力值变化及规律。方法应用双侧颊侧多曲簧空间三维测力仪模拟开闭口运动,测量并记录颊侧多曲簧矫治器双侧应力值。结果本实验左右两侧颊侧多曲簧开闭口过程中产生的矫治力存在差异;右侧闭口位时的最大压力均值(302.16±12.14)g,最大开口时的最大拉力均值(171.00±8.12)g;左侧闭口位时的最大压力均值(370.00±10.10)g,最大开口时的最大拉力值(133.40±10.67)g。结论临床应用中需在患者戴用矫治器前,对两侧颊侧多曲簧进行加力调整;应用过程中需限制患者开口度。Objective To study the changes and regularities of bilateral stress values during the opening and closing of the buccal multi-curved spring appliance.Methods The bilateral buccal multi-curved spring space three-dimensional force gauge was used to simulate the opening and closing movement,and the bilateral stress values of the buccal multi-curved spring appliance were measured and recorded.Results There is a difference in the orthodontic force generated during the opening and closing of the buccal side of the left and right sides of the experiment;the mean maximum pressure(302.16 ±12.14)g at the right closed position and the maximum tensile force at the maximum opening(171.00 ±8.12)g,the maximum pressure(370.00 ±10.10)g at the left closed position and the maximum pull force at the maximum opening(133.40 ±10.67)g.Conclusion In clinical application, it is necessary to adjust the force on the buccal side of the two sides before wearing the appliance.The patient’s opening degree should be limited during the application.
