摘 要:抑制冰雪涂层在航空航天、通信电力等领域防结冰/除冰雪方面显示出优良的应用价值,随着涂料工业的发展,以及路面功能性预防性养护理念的深入,基于表面涂层的路面除冰雪技术受到广泛关注。文中介绍了路面融雪除冰涂层材料的研究进展,论述了涂层方法相比较其他主动式路面除冰雪技术的优越性。针对涂层融雪除冰机理及除冰雪性能评价等方面进行了具体阐述,并提出一种新的简易模拟车轮碾压进行破冰试验的装置。The snow melting and deicing coating technology has shown a good application value in preventing ice/snow from ice and snow in the fields of Aeronautics and Astronautics, communication and electricity. With the development of the coating industry and the deep concept of functional preventive maintenance, the technology of inhibiting/removing ice and snow coating has become a new research direction in the ice and snow technology. The research progress of pavement snow melting and deicing coating materials is introduced, and the superiority of coating method compared with other active pavement snow and ice removal technology is discussed. In this paper, the mechanism of snow melting and the performance evaluation of ice and snow are described, and a new and simple device for simulating the ice breaking test is proposed.
