摘　　要：口腔黏膜白斑是一种表现为口腔黏膜白色斑块或斑片的癌前病变,其治疗一般以防止癌变作为主要的目标。目前治疗方法主要有去除可能的危险因素、局部或全身的药物治疗、外科手术治疗(包括外科传统手术刀切除、电凝及激光治疗等)、光动力疗法、冷冻疗法等。激光治疗因具有操作简单、术中出血少、视野好、患者痛苦小、术后瘢痕小等独特的优势,受到越来越多的重视。文章旨在比较分析各种不同激光治疗口腔黏膜白斑的方法特点,给临床医生提供选择不同激光的参考依据。Oral leukoplakia is a precancerous lesion of oral mucosa presented as white patches or plaques. The treatment for oral leukoplakia generally tends to focus on preventing it from cancer,and the current treatment methods include：removing the risk factors,local or systemic drug therapy,surgical treatment（including traditional surgical knife,electrocoagulation and laser,etc.）,photodynamic therapy,cryotherapy,etc. Laser therapy stands out for its unique characteristics of simple operation,less bleeding,good visual field,less pain,and smaller scar after operation. The aim of this paper is to compare and analyse the characteristics of different laser treatment for oral leukoplakia,hoping to provide clinicians with the references for selecting different lasers.
