摘  要:胶接缝节段预制拼装桥梁具有施工质量高、工期短、环保性好,对周边环境、交通条件适应性好的特点,具有广阔的发展应用前景。黄韩侯铁路芝水沟特大桥是我国铁路胶接缝节段拼装桥梁的试点工程,设计中通过大量试验研究提出铁路节段预制胶接拼装桥梁的设计方法和计算公式,构建梁体预应力和剪力键合理构造体系,研发胶接缝节段拼装桥梁的耐久性综合防护体系,解决节段拼装桥梁的关键技术问题。在国家大力推行装配式建筑和绿色交通的环境下,后续需要加强系统性研究,形成设计施工规范,为推动我国铁路桥梁建造技术科技进步作出积极贡献。The precast cantilevered assembling bridge of glued joint has the features of high engineering quality, short construction period, good environmental protection, good adaptability to surrounding environment and traffic condition. It has wide prospect of development and application. Huanghanhou Railway Zhishuigou Bridge is a pilot project of cantilevered assembling bridge of glued joint in Chinese railway. Through massive experiments and research, the design method and calculation formula of cantilevered assembling bridge of railway glued joint were proposed. The reasonable structural system of prestress and shear bond of the beam was formed. The durable comprehensive protection system for cantilevered assembling bridge of glued joint was then developed and key technical problems were solved. As China is generalizing assembled building and green transport, further systematic research shall be carried out and regulations for design and construction shall be formulated, in order to make positive contributions to the scientific and technological progress in the bridge construction of Chinese railway.
