鼠神经生长因子治疗成人和儿童特发性面神经麻痹的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的比较鼠神经生长因子治疗成人和儿童特发性面神经麻痹患者的疗效。方法选择2015年1月至2017年8月宁波市医疗中心李惠利医院神经内科收治的422例特发性面神经麻痹成人患者及宁波市妇女儿童医院儿童神经内科收治的468例特发性面神经麻痹患儿作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(包括209例成人患者和232例儿童患者)和观察组(包括213例成人患者和236例儿童患者)。对照组予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上加用鼠神经生长因子治疗,比较各组的疗效和不良反应情况。结果成人观察组痊愈率为47.89%(102例),与成人对照组(30.14%,63例)比较差异有显著性(P<0.05);儿童观察组痊愈率为65.25%(154例),与儿童对照组(48.28%,112例)比较差异有显著性(P<0.05);儿童观察组的痊愈率明显高于成人观察组,无效率明显低于成人观察组,差异均有显著性(P<0.05);儿童对照组的痊愈率明显高于成人对照组,无效率明显低于成人对照组,差异均有显著性(P<0.05);应用鼠神经生长因子疗效提高的百分比在儿童和成人中差异无显著性(P>0.05)。所有患者治疗后4周均未发生皮疹、腹泻等不良反应,少许患者伴有不同程度的恶心、呕吐,未经处理自行恢复。结论在特发性面神经麻痹患者中,儿童预后较成人好;应用鼠神经生长因子较常规治疗疗效显著,其疗效提高的百分比在儿童和成人中无显著差异。Objective Comparative analysis of therapeutic effects of mouse nerve growth factor on adults and children with idiopathic facial paralysis. Method A total of 422 adult patients with idiopathic facial nerve palsy treated in Department of Neurology from January 2015 to August 2017 in Ningbo City Medical Treatment Center Lihuili Hospital and pediatrician of Ningbo Women and Children Hospital were selected（468 cases of idiopathic facial nerve paralysis treated by internal medicine）. Randomly, children were divided into a control group（209 adult patients and 232 children patients） and an observation group（213 adult patients and 236 children patients） according to treatment methods. The control group received conventional treatment, and the observation group was based on routine treatment. The rats were treated with rat nerve growth factor and the effects of the four groups were observed and compared. Result The cure rate of the adult observation group was 47.89%（102 cases） in the observation group, and the cure rate was 30.14%（63 cases） in the conventional treatment group in adults. The cure rate in the adult observation group was significantly higher than that in the adult conventional treatment group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The cure rate of the children rat group with rat nerve growth factor was significantly higher than that of the adult rat nerve growth factor group. The inefficiency was significantly lower than that of the adult rat nerve growth factor group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The cure rate of the children conventional treatment group was significantly higher than that of the adult conventional treatment group. The inefficiency was significantly lower than that of the conventional treatment adult group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The percentage of increase in therapeutic efficacy of rat nerve growth factor was increased in children and adults,there was no significant difference�
