摘　　要："脾藏意主思"是中医脾的藏象理论的重要组成部分,它具有丰富的现代心理学内涵,特别是从认知心理、情绪心理、生理心理诸方面,为多种精神活动的生理和病理现象提供了深层次的理解和阐述。焦虑症、强迫症以及记忆力障碍这些精神心理疾病的常见病症,在用中医临床辨证治疗的时候,其病位往往在脾,从脾论治会常常会取得较好的疗效,而"脾藏意主思"的病理心理学内涵也对这些精神心理疾病的临床辨证治疗提供了理论依据。The theory of Spleen storing idea and governing thought is the important part of the theory of visceral manifestation of Spleen,which contained the rich connotation of modern psychology. Especially on the understanding in cognitive psychology,emotional psychology and physiological psychology,the theory of Spleen storing idea and governing thought provided the deeper comprehension and exposition for the physiological and pathological phenomena of various mental activities. The disease-bit center of anxiety disorder,obsessive-compulsive disorder,and memory disorders,was spleen. And when they are treated from the spleen,and would get good results. The connotation of Spleen storing idea and governing thought provided the theoretical basis for the clinical differentiation and treatment of psychical and psychological disease.
