摘  要:目的探讨氟康唑漱口液氧气驱动雾化吸入治疗小儿口腔真菌感染的临床疗效。方法选取凉山彝族自治州第二人民医院儿科2016年4月—2017年8月收治的口腔真菌感染患儿98例,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组49例。患儿均采用碳酸氢钠溶液、氟康唑漱口液治疗,对照组采用传统含漱法,试验组患儿采用氧气驱动雾化吸入治疗。比较两组患儿治愈时间及病变愈合情况。结果试验组患儿治愈时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组患儿疾病愈合效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用氧气驱动雾化吸入治疗口腔真菌感染的临床效果明显,可有效降低口腔真菌感染严重程度,促进创面快速恢复。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of fluconazole gargle oxygen atomizing inhalation in the treatment of infantile oral fungal infection.Methods A total of 98 cases of oral fungal infection children were selected from April 2016 to August 2017 in the Second People's Hospital of Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture,which were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,49 cases in each group.All patients were given sodium bicarbonate solution and fluconazole gargle,the control group was treated with traditional method,the experimental group was given oxygen atomizing inhalation.The cure time and degrees of oral fungal infection were compared between the two groups.Results The cure time in experimental group was shorter than control group(P〈0.05).The healing effect of disease in experimental group was better than control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion Fluconazole gargle oxygen atomizing inhalation has an obviously clinical effect in the treatment of infantile oral fungal infection,it can effectively reduce the degree of oral fungal infection,promote the wound surface recovered quickly.
