摘　　要：目的探讨根管纤维桩在口腔残根与残冠治疗中的修复效果。方法选取简阳市第二人民医院2013年4月—2017年2月收治的口腔残根与残冠患者90例,按照双盲法分为观察组(n=45)与对照组(n=45)。观察组患者采用玻璃纤维桩进行治疗,对照组患者采用金属桩进行治疗。比较两组患者修复效果、修复满意度。结果观察组修复成功率、修复满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论根管纤维桩在口腔残根与残冠治疗中的修复效果确切,可有效改善患者的临床症状,提高牙齿咀嚼功能和修复满意度。Objective To discuss the repairment effect of root canal fiber post in the treatment of residual root and residual crown of oral cavity.Methods A total of 90 cases of patients with residual root and residual crown were selected from April 2013 to February 2017 in the Second People＇s Hospital of Jianyang,which were divided into observation group（n=45） and control group（n=45） according to double blind method.The observation group was treated with glass fiber post,control group was treated with metal piles.The repairment effect and repairment satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group of repairment success rate and repairment satisfaction were higher than control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Root canal fiber pile has an exactly repairment effect in the treatment of residual root and residual crown of oral cavity,it can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and improve masticatory function of teeth and repairment satisfaction.
