摘 要:分析了光伏阵列的工作特性,研究了光伏阵列的等效电路,建立了光伏阵列仿真模型,对比了光伏阵列常用最大功率跟踪控制方法的优缺点,提出了固定步长干扰观察法与变步长模糊控制相结合的MPPT控制算法.利用Simulink建立了干扰观察法与模糊控制相结合的MPPT控制算法仿真模型,通过仿真实现光伏阵列的最大功率点跟踪,与传统的干扰观察法相比,能够快速响应外界条件的变化,在最大功率点处无明显的振荡,减小了光伏阵列在最大功率点处振荡引起的功率损耗,有效地提高了光伏阵列最大功率跟踪的快速性和准确性.The working characteristics of PV array is analyzed in this paper,the equivalent circuit of PV array is studied,and a PV array simulation model is established with the comparation of the advantages and disadvantages of the maximum power tracking control methods commonly used in PV array. A MPPT control algorithm combining fixed step length disturbance observation method with variable step length fuzzy control is proposed. The simulation model of MPPT control algorithm is established by using Simulink. Through simulation,the maximum power point tracking of PV array is realized.Compared with the traditional disturbance observation method,it can quickly respond to the changes of external conditions,and there is no obvious oscillation at the maximum power point. The power loss caused by the oscillation of PV array at the maximum power point is reduced. The speed and accuracy of the maximum power tracking of the PV array are effectively improved.
