摘 要:在实际运输过程中,混合时间窗对多式联运最优运输方案的选择具有重要影响。为更加科学合理地规划多式联运网络路径和选择运输方式,以混合时间窗为约束条件,以总成本最小为目标,建立多式联运最优路径选择模型,运用蚁群算法求解相关算例,并将结果与无混合时间窗约束下的优化结果进行对比分析。结果表明,无论是总费用、总时间,还是单个费用、单个时间,有混合时间窗约束的数值均高于或等于无时间窗约束的数值,因而在实际确定多式联运运输方案时应充分考虑混合时间窗的影响。In order to prove the effect of mixed time windows on the optimal path of multimodal transport in the course of actual transportation, a mixed time window, which is composed of hard time windows of both railway and waterway transportation and the soft time window of the consignee, is considered as the constraint condition. The optimization model is set up with the objective of the minimum total cost, the ant colony algorithm is used to solve the relevant calculation examples, and the optimal transport path and the optimal transport mode are chosen for the carrier. The results are compared with the optimization results under the non-mixed time window constraints. The results show that all the total cost, the total time, the single cost, the single time, and the values of the mixed time window constraints are higher than those without the time window constraints, or at least equal. Therefore the impact of mixed time windows shall be fully considered in the selection of optimal transport schemes for multimodal transport.
