摘　　要：睡眠障碍是帕金森病最常见的非运动症状之一，严重影响帕金森病患者的生活质量。着重介绍何建成教授治疗帕金森病睡眠障碍的思路与经验：主抓病理因素（瘀滞、虚损、风火、痰热、毒邪）辨证治疗；以及总结了何教授的处方用药特点。何建成教授临床治疗帕金森病睡眠障碍不拘泥于西医的诊断及复杂的临床表现，临证擅长紧扣着中医病理因素辨讧论治，能准确抓住主要矛盾，临床效果显著。Sleep disorder is one of the most common non - motor symptoms of Parkinson＇ s disease, which seriously ＇affects the quality of life of patients with Parkinson＇ s disease. This article tocuses on the ideas and experience of Profes- sor HE Jianeheng in the treatment of sleep disorder with Parkinson＇ s disease： mainly grasping the pathological factors （stasis, wasting, wind and fire, phlegm, toxin） differentiation treatment ; summing up Professor HE＇ s medication char- acteristics. Professor HE Jiancheng does not rigidly adhere to the diagnosis of Western medieine and eomplex elinieal manifestations,closely links to the pathological factors of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation, and accu- rately grasps the main contradiction. The clinical effect is remarkable.
