补气益精生血方对地中海贫血患儿氧化损伤及造血细胞因子的影响

摘　　要：目的：探讨中药方补气益精生血方辅助治疗地中海贫血患儿的疗效及对造血细胞因子、抗氧化损伤指标的影响。方法：选取2012年6月-2016年6月在医院治疗的100例地中海贫血患儿，采用EXCEL生成随机数字表分为中医组、对照组各50例，两组均采用一致的基础疗法，中医组加用补气益精生血方，疗程12周。结果：治疗后，中医组的Hb、RBC、MCH、HbF水平均高于对照组（t=7．209，t=4．418，t=3．426，t=3．009，P〈0．05），中医组的SOD、SCF、GM-CSF水平均高于对照组（t=6．192，t=3．118，t=5．591，P〈0．05）；中医组治疗有效率58．00％高于对照组的38．00％，差异具有统计学意义（Z=-1．992，P〈0．05）。结论：中药方补气益精生血方辅助治疗地中海贫血患儿能够减轻抗氧化损伤及升高造血细胞因子水平，对提高临床治疗效果具有一定的帮助。Objective：To investigate the efficacy of Supplementing Qi and Nourishing Essence and Generating Blood Decoction on hematopoietic cytokines and oxidative damage in patients with thalassemia. Methods：From June 2012 to June 2016,100 cases of thalassemia children in our hospital, produced by EXCEL were randomly divided into the TCM group and the control group with 50 cases in each group. Two groups were treated with basic therapy and TCM group add- ed Supplementing Qi and Nourishing Essence and Generating Blood Decoction,lasting for 12 weeks. Results：After treat- ment, the TCM group＇ s Hb, RBC, MCH and HbF levels were higher than those of the control group （ t = 7. 209,t = 4. 418, t = 3. 426, t = 3. 009,P 〈 0. 05 ）. The TCM group＇ s SOD, SCF and GM - CSF levels were higher than those of the control group （ t = 6. 192, t = 3.118, t = 5. 591, P 〈 0. 05 ）. TCM group＇ s total effective rate was 58%, which was higher than the control group＇s 38% and the difference was statistically significant（Z = -1. 992,P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion：Sup- plementing Qi and Nourishing Essence and Generating Blood Decoction can reduce oxidative damage and increase hemato- poietic cytokine levels in patients with thalassemia and has certain help to improve the clinical treatment effect.
