摘　　要：结合山西农村省情,以"一村一名大学生计划"项目为抓手,依托线上(互联网)与线下(开放大学系统即原来的广播电视大学系统)两个网络,在山西省终身教育平台这个大的平台上,建设"农民学历教育平台"子平台,探索出一条"互联网+"时代提升农民素质的新路径。Combining with the rural situation of Shanxi Province, taking the project of＂One Village One Student Pro-gram＂ as the starting point, relying on the two networks of online （Internet） and offline （open university system,the sub-platform of ＂farmers education educaition platform ＂is built to explore a new way to improve the quality of farm-ers in the era of ＂Internet ＋＂ on the platform of the lifelong educaition platform of Shanxi Province.
