摘　　要：在经济新常态的背景下,酒店管理呈现出回归市场的发展趋势,在重要的转型和改革期开辟了新的发展途径,人们对于酒店管理的重要性有了更深层的认识。论文基于经济常态下,酒店的优势与劣势进行分析,从而讲述了新常态下酒店管理模式的意义,并提出了经济常态下酒店管理模式创新的途径,以此来有效提升酒店管理及服务质量。Under the background of the new normal of economy, hotel management has shown a trend of return to the market, and a new way of development has been opened up in the important transformation and reform period. People have a deeper understanding of the importance of hotel management. Based on the new normal of the economy, the paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the hotel, expounds the significance of the hotel management mode under the new normal of economy, and puts forward the ways of innovating the hotel management mode under the new normal of economy, so as to effectively improve the quality of hotel management and service.
