摘　　要：目的 :探讨Nd:YAG(Neodymium-doped Yttrium Aluminium Garnet)激光治疗急性冠周炎的临床疗效。方法:选取80例急性智齿冠周炎患者,用3.0%双氧水和0.9%生理盐水交替冲洗盲袋棉球擦干,随机分为2组,实验组采用Nd:YAG激光照射治疗,1次/天,连续3天,对照组仅用2.0%碘甘油置入盲袋,1次/天,连续3天。对治疗前、治疗后1、5天的疼痛程度、张口度进行评分,1周后比较两组疗效。结果:Nd:YAG激光治疗组治疗1天后疼痛指数和张口度明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),Nd:YAG激光治疗组与对照组治疗前和治疗5天后疼痛程度和张口度比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),Nd:YAG激光治疗组和对照组总有效病例数差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Nd:YAG激光治疗能够在短时间内明显缓解疼痛,改善开口度,见效快并且操作简便,值得在临床中推广应用。Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of Nd：YAG laser （Neodymium-doped YttriumAluminum Garnet） in the treatment of acute pericoronitis.Methods： Eighty patients with acute wisdom teethpericoronitis were selected and washed with 3.0% hydrogen peroxide and 0.9% normal saline alternately.The blindpouches were wiped dry and randomly divided into 2 groups.The experimental group was treated with Nd：YAG laseronce daily for 3 days.The control group was placed in a blind pouch with only 2.0% iodine glycerin once daily for3 days.The degree of pain and mouth opening before and after treatment were assessed on the 1st and 5th day oftreatment.The efficacy of two groups was compared one week later.Results：The pain index and mouth opening ofthe Nd：YAG laser treatment group were significantly lower than control group after 1 day of treatment（ P〈0.05）.Thepain degree and mouth opening of the Nd：YAG laser treatment group and the control group before and after thetreatment 5 days later were no significant difference（P〈0.05）.There wasa significant difference in the total numberof effective cases between the Nd：YAG laser treatment group and the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Nd：YAGlaser treatment can relieve pain in a short period of time, improve the opening degree, and it is quick and easy tooperate.It is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
